Booking terms

Bookings and fares

KukiRide provides taxi-booking and dispatch services. The fare shown before confirmation is in New Zealand dollars and is based on ride type, passenger count, applicable KukiPass benefits and rideshare selection. Website bookings require card payment. Cash is available only for verified phone or walk-in bookings created by KukiRides Dispatch.

KukiPass

A KukiPass costs $25, belongs to the signed-in account that activated it, and remains active for seven days. Pass benefits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Shared rides

KukiRide Share may add another pickup or drop-off travelling in a compatible direction. Matching is not guaranteed and vehicle passenger and luggage limits always apply.

Cancellations and conduct

Riders should provide accurate contact and pickup information and be ready at the agreed location. Unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct may result in a cancelled ride or restricted access.
