Before your ride

Check the driver name, profile photo, vehicle description and booking reference shown in KukiRide before entering a vehicle. Never share your secure tracking link publicly.

During your ride

Wear an available seat belt, follow the driver’s safety instructions, and do not exceed the listed vehicle capacity. Outside seating is only offered on vehicles specifically approved by KukiRide Operations.

Drivers and vehicles

Driver profiles, application details and vehicle capacities are reviewed by KukiRide Operations before approval. Riders can rate completed trips to support ongoing quality checks.
