KukiRide uses booking contact details, pickup and drop-off information, optional GPS coordinates, payment status, account details, driver records and service activity to provide and improve rides.
Who can see it
Dispatchers receive the information needed to manage a booking. Assigned drivers receive trip and rider contact details needed to complete it. Finance staff receive settlement and payout information.
Location information
Rider GPS is only captured after permission is granted. Driver location updates support dispatch and tracking. Location permission can be controlled in device or browser settings.
