Lagoon-cruise transport works best when the operator has already confirmed the exact meeting point and check-in time. Enter those details exactly, along with your accommodation and the complete passenger count. KukiRides will then use its existing booking, fare, payment and dispatch rules for the road journey.
The cruise remains separate. KukiRides does not receive automatic schedule changes from activity providers, so tell us if the location or time changes. We will never confirm a cruise, promise water conditions or replace the operator's safety instructions.
OUTWARD RIDE
Work backwards from required check-in
Start with the time the provider asks guests to be present, not the boat's advertised departure. Add the road journey, time to leave a large resort and a reasonable buffer for island traffic or weather. Being ready at the vehicle pickup prevents the rest of the cruise group from being affected.
Use a full accommodation name or a recognised address. Villas, gated properties and roadside units can require a clear landmark or access note. Keep your phone available shortly before pickup.
RETURN RIDE
Book for when everyone is actually ready
A cruise finish can be followed by unloading, changing and a walk from the beach. Ask the operator when guests normally reach the road and use that as the basis for a return booking.
Choose the vehicle for people plus belongings. A taxi can suit a smaller party; a van offers more room for groups and day bags. Current vehicle logic and pricing appear only in the live booking flow.
